Returns
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you have 60 days from the date of receipt to request a return.
To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at sales@9designco.com. They will guide you through the process and provide you with a return shipping label. Please note that returns sent without prior authorization will not be accepted.
Once we receive your returned item, we will process your refund. You will be notified via email about the status of your refund. Please allow up to 3 business days for the refund to be credited back to your original payment method. Keep in mind that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.
Exchanges
If you wish to exchange your item for a different size, color, or style, please follow the same process as a return. Contact our customer service team at sales@9designco.com to initiate the exchange and receive a return shipping label. Once we receive your returned item, we will process the exchange and ship the new item to you.
